Property Viewing & Report Service
This is our award winning service, saving our clients a lot of time and expense on wasted journeys.
On your instruction, we will undertake the viewing of properties you have personally selected without our assistance. Within 24 hours of the viewing, you will receive an honest and objective detailed PDF report via email on the suitability of a property for further consideration. We will also endeavour to answer any other questions you have regarding the property or surrounding location.
The report will include digital photos and video (subject to vendors’ permission). We will not reproduce the details that estate agents may already have printed. Our focus will be on whether or not the property has been fairly represented, as we are all fully aware estate agents will highlight the positive aspects of a property, it is our responsibility as your personal agent to draw your attention to any negative points for your consideration.
We will always act with due diligence on your behalf, and answer any questions or queries you may have. Please enquire for a fee quotation.
Some clients will then request our continued help.

Purchase Negotiation & Sale Progression
Saving you money and ensuring a smooth exchange to completion.
As the buyers’ agent, we understand the dynamics of the local property market and can judge from experience whether a property is over-priced. A skilful and informed negotiation with the agent or vendor will often result in savings for you that are well in excess of our fee. Our credibility as a company representing qualified and serious buyers may well provide an advantage when negotiating an offer on a property.
Once an offer is placed, we follow the sale with all 3rd party involvement such as, solicitors, agents surveyors and vendors on your behalf to ensure a smooth and expedient completion of your purchase.
On completion date, (or one convenient to yourselves) we will meet you at your new home and run through any outstanding queries before our contract comes to an end, however, relationships build during the property finding process, and you have the assurance we will always be available to assist you whilst you settle into your new life.

An extensive property search using the internet, local estate agents and good, old-fashioned leg work will then take place, Cornwall Property Finders will then provide a comprehensive report on all the properties suiting your requirements. Once properties are shortlisted viewings will commence and reported upon.
Your personal consultant will then assist you throughout the entire property purchasing process, liaising with agents and solicitors on your behalf under exchange of contracts and completion day.
