You can rest assured we hold full membership of The Property Ombudsman, which means we have agreed to operate within the guidelines as legally required by the industry and follow a strict code of conduct.

Most importantly, in the unlikely event that something should happen that you are not happy with, there is a formal complaints procedure and The Property Ombudsman has the power to award compensation. Cornwall Property Finders would not commit to our industry in this way unless we were absolutely confident we can provide the most outstanding services.
Industry Qualifications For All Property Agents
In July 2019, the findings made by the Regulation of Property Agents (RoPA) working group were announced. Not only did their report highlight the importance of regulating property agents, but it recommended that they need to be qualified in order to carry out their role.
Eventually Level 3 Qualifications would be required for all Property Agents as a minimum.
